      丙烯酸酯-水泥復合注漿材料制備及其性能研究

          摘要:將丙烯酸酯注漿材料加入到水泥漿液中,對復合漿液的結實率、固結體的無側限抗壓強度以及抗水沖刷性進行了研究。結果表明:復合漿液結實率均高達95%以上;養護28 d,水灰比為2.0的復合漿液固結體抗壓強度較純水泥漿液提高了5.43 MPa,而水灰比為1.0的復合漿液固結體抗壓強度較純水泥漿液提高了9.95 MPa;當動水流速達到0.6 m/s時,復合漿液固結體殘留率均大于65%,而純水泥漿液殘留率降至15%以下,最低僅為3.9%。

      Preparation and properties of acrylate-cement grouting composite

          Abstract:The cementing rate,unconfined compressive strength and water scour resistance of cement slurry were studied by introducing acrylate grouting material into cement slurry. The test results show that the setting rate of the composite consolidated test block reaches above 95%. After curing for 28 days,the compressive strength of the composite consolidated test block with a water-cement ratio of 2.0 increased by 5.43 MPa compared with pure cement slurry,and the compressive strength of the composite consolidated test block with a water-cement ratio of 1.0 increased by 9.95 MPa compared with pure cement slurry. When the water flow rate was 0.6 m/s,the residual rate of composite slurry is more than 65%,while the residual rate of pure cement slurry decreases to less than 15%,even low to 3.9%.
