      鋁尾礦制備發泡陶瓷組成設計研究

          摘要:以鋁礬土尾礦、低品位長石為主要原料,添加輕燒鎂粉、SiC微粉分別作為穩泡劑及高溫發泡劑制備微孔發泡陶瓷,研究了原材料的組成、SiC摻量以及保溫時間、粉磨時間等工藝參數對發泡陶瓷的體積密度、抗壓強度、平均孔徑及孔徑分布等性能的影響。結果表明:以18%鋁尾礦、76.5%低品位長石、5.5%輕燒鎂粉,外摻0.4%SiC為發泡劑,球磨3 h后在80 min的保溫時間下可制備體積密度為0.407 g/cm3,且孔結構良好的發泡陶瓷。

      Research on composition design of foam ceramics with bauxite tailing

          Abstract:Foam ceramics were prepared by using bauxite tailing,low grade feldspar as main raw material,SiC as a forming agent,and magnesium oxide as a foam stabilizer.The influences of process parameters such as content of bauxite tailing,foaming agent content,holding time,and milling time on the bulk density,compressive strength,average pore diameter and pore diameter distribution of the foam ceramics were investigated. The results showed that the foamed ceramics with good pore structure and bulk density of 0.407 g/cm3 was prepared by using 18% bauxite tailings,76.5% low grade feldspar,5.5% magnesium oxide,and 0.4% SiC as foaming agent after ball milling for 3 h and holding for 80 min.
